MASSAGE THERAPY RATES

All massage services consist of a full body massage performed at your location.

Travel charges may apply.

Canine & Small Animal Massage - $35.00

• Approximately 45 - 60 minutes.

Equine Massage - $50.00

• Approximately 60 - 90 minutes.

PET CARE RATES

Includes Pet Sitting and Dog Walking services. No extra charge for multiple pets.

Please schedule adequate time for us to provide the services you are requesting. If your pet or home care requires more time than scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you. We do not charge separate fees for bringing in mail, yard pick-up, watering plants and other routine tasks. The rate is determined by the amount of time needed for us to perform all of the services you request. Travel charges may apply based on your location.

Initial Consultation - $20.00   FREE

• 30 - 60 minutes - At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets and home. This meeting is required for new clients and will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service, if possible.

Regular Visit - $16.00

• minimum 30 minutes - Good for many pet homes for feedings, short walks and play. Most dogs will require 2 - 4 Regular visits per day. Cats may be okay with 1 visit per day.

Extended Visit - $19.00

• minimum 45 minutes - Best for longer walks, multiple pet homes, and pets with special diets or special needs.

Hourly Care - $22.00 1st hour     $20.00 each additional hour in the same day

• minimum 60 minutes - Choose 1 hour increments of care.

Overnight - $60.00

• minimum 8 hours - Normally from 11 PM to 7 AM, includes walks and potty breaks during those hours.

Home Care - $12.00

• minimum 5 minutes - Quick drop in to transfer keys ( pick up or drop off ), check iron/stove, turn off sprinkler, close windows, lock-out service, etc. Home care only during this visit.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Travel Charges - up to 12 round-trip miles included + $0.50 for each additional mile over 12

• We use MapQuest.com to look up the round-trip miles to your address from the nearest of our two locations in Overland Park, KS.
  Additional mileage is charged per visit, both ways, for addresses more than 6 miles from either of our locations.
• To check the mileage from either of our locations to your address, use one of these links:

    • Remember to double the mileage to get the round-trip total.

Holidays - $3.00 extra per visit

• Charged on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Early & Late Visits - $3.00 extra per visit

• Before 7 AM or after 10 PM.

Bad Checks – $30.00 per check

• Insufficient funds or return for any reason.

PET TAXI RATES

$25.00 + $1.00 for each additional mile over 6

• Transportation to veterinarian, groomer, etc.
• Does not include waiting time if needed - waiting time is billed at the Pet Care rates.
• Leaving and returning at a later time for return trip starts a new Base Fee and new Travel Charge.
• MapQuest.com is used to calculate mileage between your pick-up address and the destination, both ways in the case of round-trip transports - up to six miles included in base price.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

• Deposit in full is due prior to service start.
• Cash and personal checks are welcome. Your Pet Sitter does not normally carry change to visits, so please plan accordingly.
• Payment can be made electronically through PayPal. Our PayPal address is billing@Pet-Guardians.com. To pay with a credit card, you can click the PayPal button below - you do not need to sign-up or have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. You will be asked to fill in the amount of your payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy is in force as a reminder that your pet sitter's time is valuable to you as well as to other clients. Reservations should be made in good faith so that your pet sitter can schedule and provide the best and most efficient service possible for all. However, we understand that emergencies and special circumstances do occur and we will take those into consideration for credit.

• 4 Days or more prior to service start:      No charge ( 100% refund or credit toward future service )
• 2 - 3 Days prior to service start:             40% of service total is charged ( 60% refund or credit toward future service )
• 0 - 48 Hours prior to service start:          60% of service total is charged ( 40% refund or credit toward future service )
• Holidays:                                              100% of service total is charged ( no refunds )

Holidays involved in this policy are New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

• New Pet Sitting, Dog Walking and Pet Taxi clients should follow these steps:
  • Open and print this "New Client Packet"
    • Pet Taxi clients also need to print the "Pet Taxi Service Request Form" below
    • These forms are not necessary for Massage Therapy
  • Review and fill in, using ink, the applicable information requested
  • Schedule an Initial Consultation with us in your home and have the completed forms ready for that meeting

• Established clients who have made reservations via telephone or email and have had the dates of service confirmed by us, may use this Service Request Form.
  • Print the form, complete, sign and leave it out for your pet sitter to pick up on the first day of service.

• If you have added a new pet or an established pet’s information has significantly changed, print and complete this form for the pet.

• Print and complete this form for pet transportation requests.

Gift Certificates are available for purchase and may be redeemed for any of our services.

• Printed gift certificates may be purchased directly from us in any denomination you wish to give.
• Gift certificates may also be purchased online through PayPal. To purchase through PayPal, click the button below - you will be offered a selection of denominations for your gift certificate.

NOTARY PUBLIC FEES

Kansas Notary Public services are available. You can come to us ( please call first to schedule ) or we can come to you.

Mobile notary service will incur travel fees. Contact us to determine the cost.

Notary Service - $5.00

• Per item notarized.

Document Copy Service - $0.25

• Per page copied for certification, in addition to notary service fee.
